Meetzy in a nutshell
Meetzy is a sales platform for small teams: a CRM with deals, companies and tasks, a prospect database to find new leads, multichannel sequences, event-driven workflows and website visitor tracking — all on the same data.
It also plugs straight into Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask your AI to work your pipeline for you: find stuck deals, create tasks, enroll leads in a sequence or summarise an account.
Meetzy is built for small sales teams — founders who sell, B2B service companies, distributors and wholesalers, agencies — from one person to a few dozen.
It fits best when sales live between a mailbox, a spreadsheet and an ERP: Meetzy brings the prospects, the pipeline, the follow-ups and what customers actually buy into one place, without an implementation project.
Meetzy usually replaces three or four tools: a CRM, a prospect database, an email sequencing tool and an automation layer such as Zapier between them.
Sales analytics on ERP data (revenue by customer, product and salesperson, unpaid invoices) often replaces a hand-made Excel report too.
Those tools each cover a slice — a CRM here, a prospect database there, a sequencer, an automation tool on top. Meetzy puts prospecting, the CRM, outreach and automation in one place, so a lead found in the Finder can be enriched, scored, enrolled in a sequence and turned into a deal without an export or a Zap in between.
And because it is built for small teams, setup takes an afternoon, not an implementation project.
Both. Meetzy is a full CRM — contacts, companies, deals, tasks, quotes, forecasts — with sales engagement built on the same data: email and LinkedIn sequences, email campaigns, a shared mailbox and event-driven workflows.
Because it is one system, a reply to a sequence moves the deal, creates the task and updates the forecast on its own.
Most teams are working their pipeline the same day: import your contacts from a CSV or find new ones in the Finder, connect your mailbox, pick a workflow recipe and you're running.
There's no migration project and no implementation fee — start on the Free plan, or try Growth free for 14 days.
Yes, there is a native desktop app for macOS and Windows, with live widgets on the Mac. On phones and tablets Meetzy runs in the browser.
The desktop app is the full product in its own window, with notifications and a dock or taskbar icon. See the Mac & Windows page for downloads.
Choosing a CRM
Meetzy is built for that case: it reads your ERP (SAP Business One, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, or any system through a push API or a file) and turns orders and invoices into sales work — each customer's buying rhythm, the reorders that are late, unpaid invoices, and deals created from quotes.
Most CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Folk) do not read an ERP natively. Meetzy's ERP sync is in the Growth plan ($99/month for up to 10 users) and can be tried free for 14 days.
Meetzy shows each contact's email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn conversations side by side, from each salesperson's own accounts, and suggests the next step from all of them.
Every LinkedIn, WhatsApp number or mailbox counts as one connected account: Starter includes 3, Growth 6 and Scale 20, and each extra one is $9 a month.
Yes — Meetzy connects to Claude and ChatGPT as an MCP server with more than 140 tools, on every plan including Free. You can ask your AI to find a deal, write and send a follow-up, create tasks or build a workflow, and it acts in your CRM with your permissions.
The same actions are available through the REST API and the Zapier, Make and n8n apps.
Meetzy costs $0 (Free), $29 (Starter, up to 3 users), $99 (Growth, up to 10 users) or $299 a month (Scale, unlimited users) — priced per workspace, not per seat.
Per-seat CRMs add up quickly for a team: three people on HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, Close Growth or Pipedrive plus a sequencing tool usually cost about $300 to $400 a month, before WhatsApp or ERP connectors.
Yes. Meetzy's Free plan has no time limit: the CRM for 100 contacts, the Claude & ChatGPT connector, the Zapier, Make and n8n apps, 1,000 API requests a month and 50 AI credits a month.
Connected mailboxes, LinkedIn and WhatsApp start with the Starter plan at $29 a month.
CRM, pipeline & forecasting
Contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, calls, emails and quotes — each with custom properties, owners and a full activity timeline.
Companies show their contacts, open deals, next task and, when an ERP is connected, what they buy: this year against last year, last purchase date, buying status and unpaid invoices.
Yes. You can create several pipelines, each with its own stages, probabilities and colours, and add custom fields to contacts, companies and deals.
Each stage can carry a playbook — what to do and what to check before moving on — so new reps follow the same sales cycle as your best one.
Meetzy forecasts the next six months from two sources: the weighted value of open deals (amount × stage probability, by close date) and expected reorders computed from each customer's buying history in your ERP.
You can switch the basis between invoiced and ordered, and compare the forecast with what was actually sold month by month.
Yes. Mailbox and CRM events — a first reply, a meeting booked, an order form signed, an invoice paid — can move a lead to the next stage of its sales cycle through workflows.
Quotes and expected reorders coming from the ERP also become deals on their own, so the pipeline reflects reality without manual updates.
Yes. Every contact gets a score from its profile fit and its engagement — opens, clicks, replies, website visits — and a temperature (hot, warm, cold).
Hot leads surface on the home screen and in widgets, and a workflow can react the moment a score crosses a threshold.
Yes. You build quotes from your product catalogue with prices, discounts and taxes, send them as a link the customer can accept and sign, and follow their status on the deal.
Prospecting & lead generation
Yes. The Prospect Finder searches a database of more than 270 million professional contacts and companies by job title, seniority, industry, company size, location and more.
Found prospects are enriched with verified emails and added to the CRM in one click, ready to be scored or enrolled in a sequence.
Yes. A small tracking script identifies the companies — and, when possible, the people — visiting your site, with the pages they read and how often they come back.
Visitors can be pushed to the CRM, scored, and used as a workflow trigger: a visit to the pricing page can create a task for the account owner right away.
Drop a CSV or Excel file: Meetzy recognises the columns automatically (in English, French, German or Spanish), shows a preview and imports contacts and companies without creating duplicates.
You can also connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Copper, Capsule or Insightly directly, or push contacts through the API.
Email, sequences & LinkedIn
A sequence is a planned series of touches — emails, LinkedIn invitations and messages, calls and tasks — sent over days or weeks until the prospect replies.
A reply, a booked meeting or an unsubscribe stops the sequence for that person automatically, and every step is logged on the contact.
Yes. You connect Gmail or Outlook, and sequences, campaigns and one-off emails leave from your own address, so replies land in your inbox and in Meetzy at the same time.
Sending respects daily limits per mailbox, and campaign emails carry a one-click unsubscribe.
You write a template once with variables ({{contact.first_name}}, {{contact.company}}…), optional if/else blocks and an AI line that Meetzy writes for each contact. Send it now, schedule it, or turn it into a daily or weekly mailing to a list that your workflows keep filling.
Emails leave from your own mailbox, with daily limits and one-click unsubscribe. Opens are filtered: security scanners, Apple Mail pre-loads and your own views of the Sent folder don't count, and a reply always counts as a read.
Yes. The AI email writer drafts a reply or a first email from a one-line brief, using the contact's details, the conversation so far and your signature.
It writes in the contact's language, keeps your tone (formal or informal), never invents prices or promises you didn't give, and leaves the draft in the editor for you to review before sending.
Yes. Connect your LinkedIn account to send invitations and messages from sequences and workflows, and to read your LinkedIn conversations next to the contact.
WhatsApp conversations can be connected too, so every channel shows up on the same timeline.
Meetzy filters out false opens: security scanners, Apple Mail Privacy Protection pre-loads and your own views of the Sent folder are not counted, and a reply always counts as a read.
Clicks and replies remain the most reliable signals, and both are tracked per email, sequence step and campaign.
Workflows & automation
Workflows react to anything that happens in the CRM — a reply, a stage change, a score crossing a threshold, a website visit, a form, a property change — and then branch (if/else, A/B split), wait for an event or a delay, and act: create deals and tasks, update fields, send emails or LinkedIn messages, enroll in sequences, notify Slack or Teams, or call any webhook.
Each workflow can have a goal: as soon as a contact reaches it, they leave the workflow automatically.
Almost anything that happens in Meetzy can start a workflow — 48 event types in total, such as a new contact, a reply, a stage change, a deal won, a quote accepted, a task overdue, a website visit, a form submission or a property change.
Workflows can also run on a schedule or be started by hand, by another workflow, by the API or by your AI assistant.
A workflow is built from 31 kinds of step. Actions create or update deals, tasks and contacts, send emails and LinkedIn messages, enroll in sequences or other workflows, assign owners round-robin, adjust scores, notify Slack or Teams, call any HTTP endpoint, and more.
Logic steps branch with if/else conditions or an A/B split, and wait for a delay, a date or an event such as a reply.
Yes. Every CRM event can be pushed to a signed webhook (with automatic retries), and a REST API with API keys lets n8n, Make, Zapier or your own code create contacts, deals and tasks. Ready-to-import n8n workflows are included in the app.
Yes. Through the MCP connector you can ask your AI to build a workflow in plain language — “when a deal is won, create an onboarding task and notify the account manager” — and it creates it in Meetzy for you to review.
Workflows can also be created, checked and run through the REST API.
ERP sync & sales analytics
Yes. SAP Business One, Odoo, Shopify and WooCommerce have native connectors that sync customers, products, quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes with their lines. Any other system — Sage, Cegid, Dynamics or a home-grown ERP — can push its data to one API endpoint in its own field names, or you import its CSV / Excel export with automatic column mapping.
Records are matched by code, email domain and name, so a customer never exists twice, and sales analytics — revenue by customer, salesperson, brand and product, open and past-due invoices — is live as soon as the data lands.
Yes — SAP Business One is one of Meetzy's native connectors. Business partners, contacts, items and prices, quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes sync with their lines, and customers are matched by their SAP code.
Salespeople can be assigned from SAP's own sales employees or by country, and sales analytics, receivables and reorder forecasts are live as soon as the first sync ends.
Meetzy turns synced invoices and orders into sales analytics: revenue this year against last year to date, by month, customer, salesperson, country, brand, category and product, with growth and averages.
Receivables are covered too — open and past-due amounts with ageing — and every figure links back to the underlying documents.
Yes. The CRM, prospecting, sequences, campaigns and workflows work on their own. Without an ERP, sales analytics simply uses the deals you win in Meetzy, or the invoices you import from a CSV or Excel file.
Yes, two ways. Import moves everything over once when you switch CRM — contacts, companies, deals and notes. Link keeps both systems in sync live, so Meetzy and your other CRM always show the same data. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Copper, Capsule and Insightly connect directly; Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, monday and a dozen others come in through a guided CSV export.
AI, Claude & ChatGPT
Meetzy exposes your CRM as an MCP server. On the “Claude & ChatGPT” page of the app, “Add to Claude” opens Claude with Meetzy already filled in — click Add; “Add to ChatGPT” opens ChatGPT’s Plugins with the URL copied. Claude Code and Codex (app, IDE or terminal) take a single command. You sign in once and choose what the AI may do.
From then on you can say “which deals over 10k haven't moved in two weeks?” or “add these 20 leads to my Q4 sequence” and Claude does it directly in your CRM.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor use to connect to outside tools. Meetzy's MCP server gives your assistant typed, permissioned access to your CRM instead of copy-pasted data.
The server lives at https://meetzy.me/api/mcp/mcp and exposes over 140 tools: search, create and update contacts, companies, deals and tasks, send and draft emails, run workflows, read analytics, and more.
Anything you would do in the app, in plain language: “which deals over 10k haven't moved in two weeks?”, “summarise everything we know about this account before my call”, “add these 20 leads to my Q4 sequence”, “draft a follow-up to everyone who opened the proposal”.
The assistant acts as you, with your permissions, and every action is logged in Meetzy.
You stay in control: you sign in with your Meetzy account, approve the connection explicitly, and can revoke it at any time from the app.
The assistant only sees your workspace's data, acts with your own permissions, and every call is logged.
Yes. Any MCP-compatible client works with the same URL: Claude Code and Codex (app, IDE or terminal) take a single command, and Cursor and VS Code connect through their MCP settings.
API, webhooks & integrations
Yes. The REST API at https://meetzy.me/api/v1 covers everything the app does — 231 endpoints across contacts, companies, deals, tasks, sequences, campaigns, workflows, mailbox, analytics, ERP documents and data sources.
It authenticates with scoped API keys, is described by an OpenAPI 3.1 file, and is documented at www.meetzy.ai/docs.
The API allows 120 requests per minute per key, answering 429 with a Retry-After header when exceeded.
For volume, bulk endpoints take up to 5,000 records per call (contacts upsert, tasks, products, companies and the sync ingest endpoint), and an Idempotency-Key header makes writes safe to retry for 48 hours.
You subscribe an HTTPS endpoint to any of 48 events — contact created or replied, deal won, quote accepted, task overdue, website visit and more — and Meetzy POSTs each event as JSON.
Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 (X-Meetzy-Signature) and retried after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours if your endpoint fails.
Yes. One endpoint, POST /api/v1/sync/ingest, accepts customers, contacts, products, quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes in your own field names — in English, French, German or Spanish, or in SAP, Odoo and Sage vocabulary.
Records are matched to existing ones by code, email domain and name, and the response lists what was created, updated or rejected and why.
Natively: SAP Business One, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Copper, Capsule, Insightly, Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack and Microsoft Teams, plus Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor through MCP.
Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics 365, monday and a dozen others come in through guided CSV exports, and n8n, Make and Zapier connect through webhooks and the API.
Pricing & plans
Meetzy has a Free plan, then Starter at $29 per month (up to 3 users, 3 connected accounts), Growth at $99 per month (up to 10 users, 6 connected accounts, ERP sync) and Scale at $299 per month (unlimited users, 20 connected accounts), billed monthly with no contract.
Annual billing gives two months off on Growth ($85/month) and Scale ($249/month). Extra connected accounts are $9 per month each.
Yes. Growth is free for 14 days, with no credit card: the ERP sync, workflows and the forecast are included, with one connected account and 200 credits. When it ends you are on the Free plan, with all your data, unless you choose a plan. The Free plan itself has no time limit.
Credits are used by AI actions — AI emails and reply suggestions, lead analyses, revealing a contact — at the same price in the app, the API and the Claude & ChatGPT connector.
Free includes 50 credits a month, Starter 300, Growth 1,500 and Scale 4,000; packs you buy roll over. Everyday work like managing your pipeline, running workflows or reading reports doesn't consume credits.
The REST API, the Claude & ChatGPT connector and the Zapier, Make and n8n apps are in every plan: 1,000 requests a month on Free, 1,000 a day on Starter, 10,000 on Growth and 50,000 on Scale (plus 50,000 with the Automation add-on).
Workflows start with Starter (3 running), Growth runs 20 and Scale has no limit. Sequences and email campaigns start with Starter; the ERP sync, the forecast and website visitors with Growth.
Yes, from Settings › Plan. An upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro rata; a smaller plan applies right away too and what you already paid is credited on your next invoice. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan with all its data.
Data & privacy
Only the members of your workspace. Each workspace's data is separated from every other, API keys and AI connections act with the permissions of the teammate who created them, and every API and AI call is logged.
Yes. Lists and grids export to CSV, and the REST API reads every record — contacts, companies, deals, tasks, activities and documents — so your data is never locked in.
You can delete records at any time in the app, and ask for your account and all of its data to be deleted — the data deletion page explains how and what is removed.
