Pricing questions

The details worth knowing before you pick a plan.

Credits pay for AI work: writing an email (2 credits), a reply suggestion (1), a lead analysis (2) or revealing a contact (2). It is the same price in the app, the API, Zapier, Make, n8n and the Claude & ChatGPT connector.

Everything else costs nothing: the CRM, pipelines, inbox, reports, workflows. Free includes 50 credits a month, Starter 300, Growth 1,500 and Scale 4,000.

Nothing breaks: only the AI actions pause until the 1st of next month, when your plan's credits renew. You can buy a pack any time — 500 credits for $29, 2,000 for $99, 5,000 for $219 — and bought credits roll over from month to month.

A LinkedIn, a WhatsApp number or a mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or IMAP) connected to Meetzy, whoever connects it. Starter includes 3, Growth 6 and Scale 20. Each extra one is $9 a month, added in one click from Settings.

Yes: Growth is free for 14 days, without a card — the ERP, workflows and forecast included, with 1 connected account and 200 credits. When it ends you are on Free, with all your data, unless you choose a plan. And the Free plan itself has no time limit.

Any time, in both directions, from Settings › Plan. An upgrade is charged pro rata the same day; moving to a smaller plan credits what you already paid on your next invoice.
