Connect, push, import — or just paste a feed.
Pick the one that matches your system. They all land in the same CRM, through the same matching rules.
Connect
Native connectors for SAP Business One, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce and the main CRMs. Sign in, choose what to sync, set the schedule.
Push from any ERP
One endpoint, one key per source. Your ERP, a script or an ETL posts customers, invoices and orders as they change — in its own field names.
Import a file
Drop a CSV or Excel export. Columns are mapped automatically, rows are previewed with the reason for every skip, and re-importing updates instead of duplicating.
Product feed
Paste the URL of the feed your shop or ERP already publishes. Products and prices stay current without anyone touching a file.
Your invoices, next to your deals.
SAP Business One and Odoo sync customers, salespeople, products, quotes, orders, invoices and credit notes with their lines. The CRM knows what each account bought, what is still due and who sold it — and sales analytics is live from day one.
- Invoices, orders, quotes, credit notes and their lines
- Open and past-due amounts per customer
- ERP code, group, payment terms and balance on every company
- Salespeople mapped to Meetzy users
Move in, or keep both running.
Coming from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Copper, Capsule or Insightly? Import once, or keep the link live so both tools show the same contacts and deals. Shopify and WooCommerce bring customers, orders and the catalogue.
- Guided CSV exports for Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, monday and more
- HubSpot sign-in with OAuth, API keys for the others
- Owners, stages, lifecycle and tags preserved
One company, whatever the source.
Each incoming record is matched in four steps before anything is created — so SAP, HubSpot and your spreadsheet agree on who the customer is.
Same source id
A record Meetzy already synced from this system is simply updated.
Customer code
The code of any connected source — the SAP card code found in a HubSpot property, for instance.
Email domain
A company with the same website or email domain is the same company.
Name
Last resort, normalised — “ACME S.A.S.” and “Acme SAS” match. Nothing found: the company is created.
Business objects, not just contacts.
Companies
Code, VAT number, address, industry, group, payment terms, credit limit, balance, salesperson, tags.
Contacts
Name, email, phone, title, lifecycle, owner — attached to their company by code or domain.
Deals
Amount, currency, stage, probability, close date, won / lost status, owner.
Documents
Invoices, orders, quotes and credit notes with lines, totals excl. and incl. tax, paid / unpaid, due date and status.
Products & prices
SKU, name, brand, category, unit, price lists and customer-specific prices — for quotes and analytics.
Any language, any format
Headers in EN / FR / DE / ES and SAP, Odoo or Sage names; day/month or month/day dates, Excel serials, European decimals.
And everything around the sale.
Mailboxes and LinkedIn for outreach, Slack and Teams for the team, n8n, Make and Zapier for the rest — and Claude or Codex on top of it all.
Gmail & Outlook
Send and track from your own address; replies stop sequences.
Invitations and messages as sequence steps, replies logged.
n8n · Make · Zapier
Signed, retried webhooks on every CRM event and ready-made n8n templates.
